Welcome to Jovially Wedding Planning Co. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided
Jovially Wedding Planning Co. offers wedding planning and coordination services, including but not limited to day-of coordination, ceremony-only services, and custom planning solutions. The details of each service will be outlined in a separate service agreement between the Company and the client.

2. Client Responsibilities
By engaging with our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for planning and coordination.

  • Make timely payments as outlined in your service agreement.

  • Communicate any changes to your wedding plans as soon as possible.

3. Payment Terms

  • Fees for services will be specified in the service agreement.

  • Deposits may be required to secure your booking and are generally non-refundable.

  • Final payments are due by the agreed-upon date in the contract.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms of your service agreement.

  • The Company reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

5. Liability & Indemnification

  • Jovially Wedding Planning Co. is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party vendors.

  • The client agrees to hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event.

  • The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

6. Event Changes & Force Majeure

  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes requested by the client, but additional fees may apply.

  • In cases of events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies), we will work with the client to reschedule or adjust services but cannot guarantee full refunds.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We may use wedding photos or testimonials for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or legal proceedings in the appropriate courts of Missouri.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
