Day-of Package

Day-of Package must be scheduled at least 6 weeks prior to wedding date.

Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

The Day-of Package includes the following services:

• 2 meetings with planner prior to wedding date (6 weeks out & 1 week out)

• Collaborative planning document, accessible by client at all times

• Timeline creation and management

• Vendor communication and confirmation, beginning 1 week prior to wedding date

• One venue walkthrough

• Rehearsal coordination (2 hours)

• Ceremony + reception coordination (10 hours)

• 1 coordinator on Wedding Day

• 4 hours of ceremony/reception set up

• 1 hour of ceremony and reception clean up
