Two Video Calls – One at 6 weeks out and one at 1 week out to discuss all the ceremony details.
One Venue Walkthrough – A comprehensive visit to finalize your ceremony logistics.
Rehearsal Coordination – We'll guide your wedding party through the run-of-show for a smooth rehearsal.
2 Hours of Ceremony Coordination – On your wedding day, we’ll be there to ensure everything runs perfectly.
Need help with setup and cleanup? These can be added for an additional charge.
This package is perfect for couples who want expert guidance and peace of mind for the most important part of their day—the ceremony!
Please note: The prices listed below are for local weddings within a 40-mile radius of St. Charles, MO, due to the affordability of the Ceremony Only package. A travel fee of $0.75 per additional mile (round trip) will be added for ceremonies outside of this local service area.
Peak Season (May–October): $300
Non-Peak Season (November–April): $200
